The Unico is the Chicco car seat, which has been approved as a seat belonging to group 0 / 1/2/3 according to the ECE regulation R44 / 04 for the transport of children by car from birth to 36 kg.
It is the FIRST Chicco seat that accompanies children from birth to the age of 12.
SECURITY
ISOFIT INSTALLATION
In all configurations the installation must be done with the use of Isofix connectors and the 3-point belt of the car for stability and safety.
GROUP 0+
PLACE
The seat in this group must be positioned in the opposite direction to the movement of the car and the airbags must be deactivated where available.
REDUCER PILLOW
The reducer pad offers extra protection to the newborn.
GROUP 1
PLACE
When the child weighs 9 kg, you can place the seat in the direction of movement of the car, following the development of the child until the age of about 4 years (9-18 Kg). The child is held by a 5-point belt.
GROUP 2/3
PLACE
Thanks to the adjustable headrest, the seat can follow the development of the child until the age of 12 years. In this group, the seat is mounted using Isofix connectors and the car’s 3-point belt. The child is restrained with the 3-point seat of the car seat.
